PRESIDENT'S UPDATE
July 2009
The first AGM was held this month. Looking back, and tracing our progression from
beginnings in May 2008 until now, I would have to say that it has been an eventful time.
I would thank the committee, the sound system operators, those who help with the
catering and everyone else involved for your support and assistance.
To each of you who attend, whether to perform or to be entertained, I hope that you'll
continue to support country music and WCMI.
New ventures always seem to take a while to get established, and WCMI is no exception in
this regard. We are still in our infancy and feeling our way, but membership is
gradually increasing.
For the future, I have a vision of success, and as we move forward may we be reminded
of our reason for being here - Fellowship through Country Music.
